1. Who We Are

Shenzhen Shijing Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳十镜科技有限公司) ("Spīro", "Spīrosense", "we", "us", "our"), located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China, operates the Spīro Sense (the "App") and the Spīro Bracelet wearable device (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. By using the Services you agree to this Policy; if you do not agree, please stop using the Services. Contact: hello@spirosense.com.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

  • Account: your email address; and, if you sign in with a third party, the identifier and basic profile (e.g., email) from Google or Apple.
  • Profile: nickname, avatar, and any details you add.
  • Support & feedback: messages and images you choose to send us.

b. Voice and audio recordings (sensitive)

  • The App records audio through your device microphone and uploads recordings to our servers to provide core features (recording and AI summarization of your moments).
  • Voiceprint: during voice enrollment we process recordings of you reading sample text to create and verify a voiceprint confirming the recordings are yours. A voiceprint may be considered biometric information; we collect and use it only with your consent, for authentication.

c. Device and technical information

  • Device model, operating system, RAM, app version, and crash/diagnostic data, to keep the App compatible and stable.

d. Bluetooth and wearable data

  • We use Bluetooth to discover, connect to, and exchange data with your Spīro Bracelet (connection status, battery, sensor and audio data from the device).

e. Location

  • On Android, the system requires location permission to perform Bluetooth scanning. We use location solely to enable scanning for nearby Spīro devices. We do not upload or store your location.

f. Photos and camera

  • With your permission, access to your camera/photos to set an avatar or attach images to feedback.

g. Push notifications

  • A push token to deliver notifications (via Tencent push and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging).

h. Usage and analytics

  • Basic usage and diagnostic information to operate and improve the Services (via Google Firebase).

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Services (audio recording and summarization, voiceprint authentication, device connection, your personalized experience); to authenticate and secure your account; to send notifications; to diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve the Services; and to comply with law. We rely on your consent (e.g., microphone, voiceprint, location), performance of our contract, our legitimate interests (security, improvement), and legal obligations. Your data is used solely to build a model for you personally and is not used to train general AI models.

4. Permissions We Request

Microphone (recording / voiceprint), Bluetooth (connect the Bracelet), Location (enable Bluetooth scanning only), Camera/Photos (avatar, feedback), Notifications (push). You can revoke any permission in your device settings; some features may then stop working.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising. We share data only with:

  • Service providers / SDKs that process data on our behalf:
  • Legal/safety: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (you will be notified).

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in Shenzhen, China. Your information, including audio recordings, may be stored and processed on servers located in US-West-2 (United States). Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.

  • Audio recordings and voiceprint: retained for as long as necessary to provide the Services.
  • Other personal data: retained for as long as necessary to provide the Services.
  • Delete your account: in the App, go to Home → Profile → Delete Account, or email hello@spirosense.com. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, withdraw consent, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@spirosense.com to exercise these rights. You may also withdraw permissions in device settings at any time.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will revise the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.

2. 我们收集的信息

a. 你提供的信息

  • 账号：你的邮箱；若使用第三方登录，则包括来自 Google 或 Apple 的标识及基本资料（如邮箱）。
  • 资料：昵称、头像及你补充的信息。
  • 支持与反馈：你发送的消息与图片。

b. 语音与音频录音（敏感）

  • 本应用通过设备麦克风录制音频并上传至我们的服务器，用于核心功能（录制并对你的时刻进行 AI 总结）。
  • 声纹：声纹录入时，我们处理你朗读范本的录音以生成并校验声纹，确认录音为你本人。声纹可能属于生物识别信息；我们仅在你同意后收集并用于身份认证。

c. 设备与技术信息

  • 设备型号、操作系统、内存、应用版本及崩溃/诊断数据，用于兼容与稳定。

d. 蓝牙与可穿戴数据

  • 我们使用蓝牙发现、连接 Spīro 手环并与之交换数据（连接状态、电量、设备的传感与音频数据）。

e. 位置

  • 在 Android 上，系统要求定位权限才能进行蓝牙扫描。我们仅将位置用于扫描附近的 Spīro 设备，不上传、不存储你的位置。

f. 照片与相机

  • 在你授权后，访问相机/相册用于设置头像或在反馈中附图。

g. 推送通知

  • 推送 token，用于下发通知（经腾讯推送与 Google Firebase 云消息 FCM）。

h. 使用与分析

  • 基础使用与诊断信息，用于运营与改进本服务（经 Google Firebase）。

3. 我们如何使用信息

用于提供与运营本服务（录音与总结、声纹认证、设备连接、个性化体验）；认证并保护你的账号；下发通知；排查问题、防止滥用、改进服务；以及遵守法律。处理依据包括你的同意（如麦克风、声纹、位置）、合同履行、我们的正当利益（安全、改进）及法律义务。你的数据仅用于为你个人建立模型，不用于训练通用 AI 模型。

4. 我们申请的权限

麦克风（录音/声纹）、蓝牙（连接手环）、位置（仅用于蓝牙扫描）、相机/相册（头像、反馈）、通知（推送）。你可在系统设置中随时撤销任一权限；撤销后部分功能可能无法使用。

5. 我们如何共享信息

我们不出售你的个人信息，也不用于第三方广告。我们仅在以下情形共享：

  • 代为处理数据的服务商 / SDK：
  • 法律/安全：法律要求或为保护权利与安全时。
  • 业务转移：合并、收购或资产出售时（将另行通知）。

6. 跨境数据传输

我们位于中国深圳。你的信息（含音频录音）可能存储与处理于位于 US-West-2 的服务器。在法律要求时，我们将对跨境传输采取适当保护措施。

7. 数据保留与删除

我们仅在为提供服务及履行法律义务所需的期间内保留你的信息。

  • 音频录音与声纹：保留为提供服务所必要的期间内。
  • 其它个人数据：保留为提供服务所必要的期间内。
  • 删除账号：在应用内 首页 → 用户 → 删除账号，或发邮件至 hello@spirosense.com。我们将在合理期间内删除或匿名化你的个人数据（法律要求保留的除外）。

8. 你的权利与选择

依你所在地区，你可能有权访问、更正、删除、转移你的数据，撤回同意，并反对或限制某些处理。如需行权请联系 hello@spirosense.com。你也可随时在系统设置中撤销权限。

9. 数据安全

我们采取合理的技术与组织措施（包括传输加密）保护你的信息。任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全。

10. 儿童隐私

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会在知情下收集其个人信息。若你认为有儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。

11. 政策变更

我们可能更新本政策。我们将更新上方"生效日期"，重大变更时另行通知。
